Graduate Sales Executive – Danish Market

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to drive growth in the Danish market. The role is part of a structured graduate programme that combines intensive training with real‑world client engagement, allowing recent graduates to develop commercial and communication skills while promoting Revolut’s financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential customers across multiple channels, with a strong focus on cold‑calling.
• Design and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy, targeting key verticals and maintaining consistent activity levels.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management, driving adoption and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and daily usage experience for customers.
• Balance time autonomously between prospecting, closing, and upselling while leveraging internal resources.
• Apply solution‑based selling techniques to understand client needs and articulate Revolut’s value proposition.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Revolut Business and its market positioning.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Danish.
• University graduate (class of 2024‑2026).
• Excellent verbal communication and phone articulation.
• Strong written literacy.
