Graduate Programme 2027: Android Software Engineer

About the role

Revolut is looking for ambitious graduates to join its 12‑month Graduate Programme as Android Software Engineers. You will work on features that millions of customers use daily, collaborating with product designers and engineers to turn ideas into polished mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Designers to design, prototype and implement new Android features.
• Shape the user experience from wireframes and mockups through to release.
• Build elegant, maintainable solutions using modern Android architecture.
• Help define and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across the app.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in mobile development.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE or the UK) and spend ~3 days per week onsite.
• Enthusiasm for learning, mentorship and building a career in fintech.
