Global Site Contracts Manager – Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Global Site Contracts Manager dedicated to sponsor projects. The role oversees clinical trial budgets, negotiates agreements, and ensures seamless site activation across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage site regulatory documentation and clinical trial agreements with investigative sites and sponsors.
• Maintain, review, and report on site activation performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sites and sponsors, tracking completion of all regulatory and contractual documents.
• Establish project timelines and ensure all activation activities comply with regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Develop and execute complex contracting strategies, investigator grant coordination, and proposal support.
• Create contract and budget templates, contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials.
• Participate in global site activation planning and coordinate with other managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Thorough understanding of regulated clinical trial environments and drug development processes.
• Goal‑oriented self‑starter capable of working independently.
