Job description
Mastercard is seeking a Global Markets Intern for the summer of 2027 in Lisbon. The role is part of the Global Markets business unit and serves as a pipeline to the Graduate Programme, offering exposure to sales, business development, product management, and solutions. Interns will work on strategic sales planning, consultative selling, market intelligence, and product coordination while contributing to project‑oriented initiatives.
Successful candidates are penultimate‑year students expected to graduate in 2028, eager to take responsibility, demonstrate leadership, and communicate complex ideas clearly. The internship runs full‑time for 10 weeks between 1 June and 6 August 2027, providing mentorship, networking with senior leaders, professional development, and opportunities to engage in community activities.
