Global Engagement & Communications Specialist

About the role

Mastercard Academy is expanding its global footprint and needs a specialist to own the execution of communication and engagement campaigns across all regions. You will create and distribute multimedia content that drives awareness and participation for both external customers and internal employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch global communication campaigns using learning platforms, newsletters, LinkedIn, email, and internal channels.
• Create engaging multimedia assets such as presentations, short videos, social media graphics, templates, and promotional materials.
• Partner with regional teams to localise content, amplify messages, and share best practices.
• Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across all touchpoints.
• Measure campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Support stakeholder coordination to free senior leadership for strategic work.
