Global Category Manager – Memory/SSSD

About the role

The Global Category Manager for Memory/SSSD will lead worldwide commodity and category strategies, ensuring procurement objectives are met across internal projects and third‑party solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans, policies, and tactics for the Memory/SSSD category.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with engineering, manufacturing, strategic procurement, and business units to maintain optimal inventory levels and supply assurance.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design and improve processes, programs, and metrics that drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic analysis, mentorship, and guidance to lower‑level contributors.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree preferred) with 6–10 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience.
• Global procurement experience, preferably in a technology or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Mastery of English and the applicable local language.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes and corporate compliance.
• Excellent business application and technical aptitude.
