About the role
L’AND Resorts is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate, plan and oversee construction works, ensuring deadlines, budgets, quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction works.
- Manage on‑site teams and subcontractors.
- Control costs and monitor the project budget.
- Ensure deadlines are met and work quality is maintained.
- Guarantee compliance with safety standards and current legislation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid driving licence.

- Construction management software
