German‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Lisbon office. You will be the first point of contact for German‑language customers across phone, email, chat and social media, delivering timely and empathetic assistance. The role is part of an international, multicultural team focused on high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries in German via phone, email, chat and social platforms.
• Provide accurate information on products, billing and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and guide users through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to specialised teams and follow up until resolution.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Meet or exceed quality, productivity and satisfaction KPIs.
• Share feedback and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or BPO is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and patience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel environment.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
