German Travel Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Travel Advisor to join our Lisbon team. You will use your language skills and passion for travel to assist clients with their itineraries and ensure memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide travel advice and support to German‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with booking flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Recommend suitable travel options based on product knowledge.
• Resolve travel‑related inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on trends and offers.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage bookings in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and provide compliant advice.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in travel consulting or customer service (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive learner who keeps up with travel industry trends.
• Team‑player able to work in a dynamic environment.
