German Quality Analyst – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Quality Analyst to join our Lisbon team. In this role you will help maintain high service standards by monitoring performance, conducting audits and supporting continuous improvement across our multilingual support operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess service delivery quality to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Conduct regular audits, analyse findings and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement quality‑enhancement initiatives.
• Provide constructive feedback to customer‑support representatives to boost efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments and prepare reports for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in quality analysis or quality assurance, preferably in a service‑oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation focused on continuous improvement.
