Generative AI & Agentic AI Solutions Developer

About the role

As a Generative AI & Agentic AI Solutions Developer, you will design and implement innovative AI‑powered solutions that create measurable value across engineering, manufacturing and business operations. You will collaborate with domain experts, software engineers and business stakeholders to turn complex challenges into scalable AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities where Generative AI and Agentic AI can drive business impact.
• Design, develop and validate AI copilots, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and AI agents.
• Translate business requirements and knowledge‑intensive processes into scalable AI‑assisted solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, data ecosystems and existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, international teams to deliver production‑ready AI applications.

Required profile

• MSc in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience developing Generative AI applications and deploying AI solutions from concept to production.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• API development and integration.
• Experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.
• AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex.
• Azure AI services, cloud deployment, containerization and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
