General Ledger & Reporting Team Leader

About the role

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a General Ledger and Reporting Team Leader to manage its shared services finance team. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and support the growth of a new SSC within a global life‑sciences organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a general ledger team, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Monitor and report performance against KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members, fostering a supportive and talent‑focused environment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement projects to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Eurofins and manage customer relationships.
• Support transition projects and other business‑required duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a BPO/SSC setting, preferably in general ledger accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet service level agreements and handle internal or external customer relations.
• Strong analytical mindset, openness to change, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
