About the role

Join the Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club team as a Gardener, supporting the luxury residential community in Comporta, Portugal. You will help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the resort’s high‑end hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace at all times.
• Perform daily gardening operations according to established standards.
• Sow, plant, and cultivate a variety of plants, flowers, and trees.
• Till soil, apply fertilizers, transplant, thin, prune, and cut as needed.
• Harvest, clean, pack, and load harvested products.
• Use hand tools and small machines for agricultural work, cleaning them after each use.
• Separate compost, green waste, and recyclables in line with sustainability SOPs.
• Assist teammates to ensure timely, professional service delivery.
• Report any damage to tools or equipment immediately.
• Dehydrate and preserve flowers, aromatics, and vegetables while maintaining quality and hygiene.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and seminars as required.
