Full‑time Box Truck Delivery Driver (Puerto Rico)

About the role

Temco Logistics is seeking reliable, full‑time delivery drivers to transport large home‑improvement items across Puerto Rico. Drivers operate a company‑provided 26‑ft box truck, handling loading, transport, and customer interaction while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Drive to local home‑improvement stores, load bulky items onto the box truck.
• Complete 15‑20 deliveries per day, ensuring safe and on‑time arrival.
• Use a handheld device to record and confirm each delivery.
• Communicate professionally with customers and store staff.
• Work 8‑10 hours daily in all weather conditions.

Required profile

• Age 21 + with a valid driver’s license and a clean record for the past 7 years.
• Minimum two years recent, verifiable box‑truck driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb and pass a standard criminal background check.
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical and other screenings.
• Strong work ethic, team orientation, and problem‑solving attitude.
