Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving product engineering team building an AI‑powered sales platform. The role is based in Portugal and sits at the intersection of backend and frontend development, allowing you to design and ship core features that shape how modern sales teams operate.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack product features across backend and frontend systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Build and improve core components of a data‑intensive SaaS platform, including large‑dataset handling, search, and real‑time workflows.
• Translate product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions and drive features from concept to production.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to ship new features frequently.
• Identify and resolve production issues, optimize system performance, and proactively improve reliability and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural decisions, system design discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on complex, scalable systems.
• Strong experience building and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Solid understanding of system design principles, including scalability, reliability, performance, and failure modes.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to independently drive improvements.
