FullStack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full‑Stack Developer to build end‑to‑end AI‑enabled products. You will create reactive front‑end experiences and resilient back‑end services that integrate large language models into real‑world workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement modular, scalable architectures using micro‑frontends and micro‑services.
• Integrate and orchestrate AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Watsonx.ai or open‑source models via Hugging Face.
• Develop and maintain robust REST and GraphQL APIs for data processing and communication with AI services.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases to supply context to language models.
• Optimize client‑side performance (Core Web Vitals) and enforce strong server‑side security for sensitive AI data.
• Participate in code reviews, define engineering standards and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex applications.
• Strong expertise in the React.js ecosystem, including Next.js and server‑side rendering.
• Proficiency with backend development in Node.js (TypeScript) or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Hands‑on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or Haystack.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation and vector‑store technologies.
