Full Stack Developer – Remote-friendly

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Mosano’s senior team and work across a variety of client projects. You will build and maintain modern web applications, focusing on code quality, scalability and rapid delivery in an English‑speaking remote‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features on both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Create and consume REST APIs, with GraphQL as a plus.
• Write clean, well‑tested TypeScript code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Follow a Git Flow branching model and contribute to a healthy codebase.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with relational (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude CLI to boost productivity.
• Take part in sprint planning and technical discussions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong expertise with React (hooks, component architecture) and Node.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and designing/consuming REST APIs.
• Comfortable with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines and database technologies.
• Good written and spoken English.
