Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Miniclip’s Web Engineering team is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to design, build and own end‑to‑end systems that power the Core platform. You will work on both Go back‑end services and Vue front‑end applications, collaborating with data, cloud, operations and other engineering groups.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack services using Golang and Vue.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Plan and prioritize work in a Kanban‑style environment.
• Promote strong software development practices and ensure high code quality.
• Write tests, documentation and maintain production software.
• Troubleshoot production issues and own complex problem resolution.
• Improve observability, monitoring and system reliability.
• Contribute to technical decisions and act as a reference for the team.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to support technical growth.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack development experience with production software.
• Strong expertise in Golang (or similar strongly typed language) and Vue.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Git and modern development practices.
• Focus on reliability, observability and production quality.
• Comfortable across the software lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
