French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
