French Technical Support & Sales Advisor (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join our international team, providing technical support and identifying sales opportunities for French‑speaking customers. The position is fully remote within mainland Portugal and combines customer service with proactive product promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Promote upgrades and additional solutions to achieve sales targets.
• Handle account, billing and service enquiries.
• Escalate complex technical problems when required.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Proven sales experience (mandatory).
• Experience in technical support or a contact centre is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
