French Speaking Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information Specialist to review, assess and process safety data from multiple sources. The role supports senior team members in ensuring compliance with regulations, SOPs and internal guidelines while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and complete assigned trainings on time.
• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, SOPs and project requirements.
• Collect, track and code incoming adverse events (AE) and related information, enter data into databases and write narratives.
• Perform literature‑related activities and ensure quality, productivity and delivery standards are met.
• Maintain and track cases, identify quality issues and liaise with project management, clinical, data‑management teams and healthcare professionals.
• Mentor new team members when assigned and attend project meetings to provide feedback.
• Support department initiatives and ensure 100 % compliance with people practices.

Required profile

• Life Sciences degree.
• Excellent written and verbal French (C2/native) and English (minimum C1) skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or medical information.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, SOPs and adverse event coding.
• Ability to use safety databases and produce accurate case narratives.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
