French-Speaking Helpdesk Support Technician (Remote – Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international support team serving a French fintech company that provides cloud‑based accounting and financial management solutions for SMEs. The role is fully remote based in Porto, Portugal, with occasional quarterly office visits, and involves handling advanced technical issues across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application‑related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, IT support, or application support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset and team‑oriented approach.
• Availability to start on 17 August or 14 September.
