French-speaking Customer Support Representative – Porto

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals to join our international team in Porto, Portugal. The role involves delivering high‑quality support across phone, email and chat, ensuring a seamless post‑sale journey for globally recognised brands.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalised assistance to customers via phone, email and chat, documenting each interaction accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, follow up proactively and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Handle post‑sales queries such as order tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales by identifying needs, recommending products or services and contributing to revenue goals.
• Process orders, update CRM records and manage customer data with precision and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French (C1/C2) and a minimum B2 level of English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.
