French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor - No English needed

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a growing team in Porto, Portugal. The role is fully conducted in French, with no English required, and involves assisting customers through phone, email or chat while delivering a high‑quality experience. You will work closely with other team members to ensure consistent service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly support to French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs, offer accurate solutions and handle enquiries, requests and complaints efficiently.
• Assist customers with product, service, order or account‑related queries following established procedures and quality standards.
• Record interactions accurately in the relevant systems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent French at C2 level; English is not required.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computer systems and online tools.
• Legally authorised to work in Portugal and available to start as soon as possible.
