French-speaking Content Moderator – Social Platform

About the role

Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Content Moderator for a leading social platform. Based in Porto, you will help ensure that user‑generated content complies with client guidelines and legal standards, contributing to a safe and engaging online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review, audit and moderate user content and copyright material in French.
• Analyze user behavior and enforce social media policies.
• Produce high‑quality reports following established protocols.
• Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business‑critical issues.
• Identify and propose initiatives to improve moderation processes and overall user experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in content moderation or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
