French-speaking Content Moderator – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Content Moderator to join our international digital communication team in Lisbon. The role involves reviewing user‑generated content to ensure compliance with legal, ethical and platform policies.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate French user‑generated content, including videos, images and text.
• Identify and remove inappropriate material, spam, phishing and other policy violations.
• Classify, filter and analyse content for transparency and reporting purposes.
• Support the prevention of cyber‑crime by flagging malicious content.
• Maintain compliance with local and international legal standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1‑C2) and minimum B2 level English.
• Strong emotional resilience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• EU passport or legal right to work in Portugal.
• Willingness to complete a 10‑day paid training placement.

Required skills

• Experience with content moderation tools or platforms (e.g., moderation dashboards).
• Basic knowledge of online safety and cyber‑crime indicators.
