French Sales Advisor – Retention (Remote)

About the role

Join a dedicated retention team where customers reach out to you when they consider leaving. Your main goal is to understand their concerns, present suitable alternatives, and turn a potential cancellation into a positive experience while identifying genuine upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound French calls from customers planning to cancel their service.
• Diagnose the reasons for cancellation and propose tailored solutions.
• Offer product upgrades, promotions, and exclusive offers when appropriate.
• Upsell and cross‑sell services that add real value for the customer.
• Achieve defined quality, performance, and sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or call‑center environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a remote work setup.
• Base salary of €920 gross per month plus performance bonus up to €360 gross.
• Language allowance (€250 gross), meal allowance (€10.20 net per day), assiduity allowance (€110 gross), and flex‑work allowance (€60 net).
• Rotating shifts between 07:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends always off.
