French-Fluent Senior Project Manager – Banking (Lisbon)

About the role

PrimeIT is looking for a French‑fluent senior project manager to lead international banking integration projects from its Lisbon office. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions for global banking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, plans, and schedules for banking integration initiatives.
• Coordinate communication between international banking groups, internal teams, and external partners.
• Oversee execution of integration tasks, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular status reports to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project staff and promote best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international banking groups.
• At least 6 years in senior project management roles.
• Fluent in French (B2) and English (B2) – both mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering integration projects.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid (onsite/remote) model.
