French Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join our international team and provide remote customer support from anywhere in mainland Portugal. You will handle phone, email and chat inquiries, ensuring a high‑quality experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve account, billing and service‑related questions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through product features.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
• Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer support or a contact centre is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
