French Customer Support Specialist – E‑Health Platform (Braga)

About the role

Join a dynamic, customer‑focused team that supports users of an innovative e‑health platform. As a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact, helping users via phone, email and live chat to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic support in French through phone, email and live‑chat channels.
• Assist users with account questions, platform features, services and general requests.
• Guide customers through the e‑health platform with clear, step‑by‑step instructions.
• Document interactions, actions taken and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams following established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and meet response‑time KPIs.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform features, policies and procedures through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related role (a plus).
• Eager to learn, adaptable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
