About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Porto. The role involves delivering high‑quality support to customers through phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in French and, when needed, in English.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Native or fluent French speaker.
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Must already be residing in Porto.
