French Customer Service Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French speaker to join our Lisbon team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide phone, email and chat support to French‑speaking clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and contributing to our reputation in the telecom sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with French‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate assistance.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
• Record detailed interaction notes in the CRM system.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English to collaborate with international colleagues.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.
