French Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone, email and chat while representing a leading global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email and live chat.
• Diagnose issues, provide accurate information and guide users through processes.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain high service quality standards and meet individual performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or C2 level proficiency in French.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2) for internal communication.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and empathy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
