About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Braga, Portugal. The role is on‑site and involves delivering high‑quality support to French‑language customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in French via phone, email or chat.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through solutions.
- Document interactions in the company’s CRM system following established procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex cases.
- Maintain service level agreements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Native‑level or C2 French proficiency with no noticeable accent.
- Currently residing in Portugal and living within 50 km of the Braga office.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Fluent French (spoken and written).
