Freelance Writer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance writer to help train AI chatbots. You will engage in bilingual (English and Portuguese) conversations with AI models, assess their performance, and create new dialogue scripts to improve their responses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct real‑time conversations with AI chatbots in English and Portuguese to evaluate progress.
• Write and edit novel conversation scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate language use.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI models and review the outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Provide feedback on AI‑generated content to enhance correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
