Fleet and Transportation Manager

About the role

The Fleet and Transportation Manager leads all transportation operations at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, ensuring safe, discreet, and high‑quality service for members, guests, and staff. This role oversees fleet management, valet services, and staff transportation, combining strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the club’s vehicle fleet, including preventive maintenance, inspections, documentation, and accident claims.
• Plan and operate staff transportation routes, schedules, and rosters aligned with shift patterns and operational needs.
• Oversee daily valet operations, set service standards, and coordinate airport and local transfers.
• Lead, recruit, train, and schedule the Transportation team, ensuring compliance with labour and driving regulations.
• Prepare and control the departmental budget, manage supplier relationships, and maintain KPI records.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management and transportation operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or resorts.
• Proven leadership of multi‑functional teams with schedule and roster creation.
• Valid category B driving licence; passenger transport licence is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with fleet management or scheduling software.
