Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis for a well‑established international company. You will work with global stakeholders to turn data into actionable business insights and help drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance, identify key drivers and explain variances.
• Produce management reports and financial analyses to aid decision‑making.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations and business teams to improve financial performance.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and strategic business analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit or Corporate Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience in an international, matrix‑based environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
