Financial Analyst

About the role

BrandHero is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its rapid growth and M&A strategy. Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will conduct financial, business, and market analyses for targeted brand acquisitions, playing a key role in due‑diligence and investment decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for valuation and acquisition scenarios.
• Identify and assess key risks and opportunities before and after transactions.
• Lead due‑diligence processes, including financial audits, competitive analysis, and IP reviews.
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos and documentation of action items.
• Develop relationships with potential acquisition targets and support ongoing valuation updates and corporate presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with extraordinary attention to detail.
• Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities, capable of handling multiple fast‑paced projects.
