Financial Analyst – Early Career

About the role

As a Financial Analyst you will join Air Apps' finance team, supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the company. This early‑career position offers exposure to accounting, reporting, and financial operations in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support month‑end closing activities and related reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc financial reports for decision‑making.
• Perform accounting records, bank transactions and assist with tax compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to align financial insights with business goals.
• Review and reconcile expense reports, bank statements, AR and AP balances.
• Monitor cash flow, conduct cost analysis, and contribute to process automation.

Required profile

• Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting or a related area.
• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and structured problem‑solving approach.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial systems or ERPs (e.g., Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp) – a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
