Finance Manager

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial control activities in France. You will ensure high‑quality, timely financial data supports business decisions and audit processes, while driving improvements in reporting efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts in Oracle NetSuite according to French GAAP.
• Coordinate month‑end closing and ensure accurate, timely reporting for monthly and annual cycles.
• Analyse movements in key general‑ledger accounts and produce related reports.
• Maintain and update accounting policies, incorporating changes in French GAAP, IFRS, and group standards.
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Participate in annual and interim audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Advise internal teams on accounting and reporting issues.
• Contribute to the design of consolidation and financial control procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a similar finance/controlling role.
• Strong background in French GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑growing environments.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics.
