Finance Manager & Financial Controller

About the role

Parkview Invest, a single‑family office focused on private equity, venture capital and real assets, is expanding its Lisbon team. We are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to own operational finance, reporting and investment support across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review financial performance of investments, holding structures and family‑related entities.
• Manage or coordinate accounting across multiple jurisdictions, with hands‑on involvement for Portuguese entities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, internal dashboards, KPIs and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate tax advisors and auditors to ensure timely filings and audit completion.
• Support the investment team with financial due diligence, cap‑table analysis and transaction structuring.
• Design, implement and improve financial processes, reporting tools and internal controls.
• Oversee cash‑flow, entity‑level spending, inter‑company reconciliations and funding structures.

Required profile

• Background in accounting, controlling or audit (Big Four experience strongly preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP; exposure to multi‑jurisdiction structures is a plus.
• Familiarity with investment environments and financial due diligence is advantageous.
• Analytical, data‑driven and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑directed.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Bexio, Xero, Exact or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Financial reporting and audit coordination.
• Tax compliance and filing.
• Financial due diligence and cost controlling.
