Finance Lecturer – AI Training (Remote Contract)

About the role

Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, is seeking experienced finance lecturers to help train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI models. In this fully remote, flexible contract position you will apply your academic expertise to ensure AI systems reason about financial concepts with graduate‑level rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated finance questions, explanations, and reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Evaluate complex topics such as valuation, risk assessment, capital markets, and financial economics.
• Identify errors, misconceptions, or gaps in AI financial reasoning.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI output quality.
• Apply teaching experience to spot common conceptual mistakes and suggest corrections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and explain correctness.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills
