Finance Lecturer (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers to help train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI models. In this fully remote, flexible contract you will ensure that AI systems reason about financial concepts with the rigor of a graduate‑level seminar.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated finance questions, explanations and reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Evaluate complex topics such as valuation, risk assessment, capital markets and financial economics.
• Identify errors, misconceptions or gaps in the AI’s financial reasoning.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Apply teaching experience to spot common conceptual mistakes made by students.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and explain its correctness.
• Comfortable handling structured content at scale, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
