Finance Lecturer – AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers to help train cutting‑edge AI models. In this fully remote, flexible contract you will review and improve AI‑generated finance content, ensuring the reasoning matches graduate‑level rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated finance questions, explanations and reasoning for accuracy and clarity.
• Evaluate complex topics such as valuation, risk assessment, capital markets and financial economics.
• Identify errors, misconceptions or gaps in the AI’s financial reasoning.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality of AI outputs.
• Apply teaching experience to spot the kinds of conceptual mistakes students commonly make.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning and explain why it is correct or incorrect.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and detail‑oriented.
