Siemens Mobility is looking for a motivated Finance Controller Trainee to join its multicultural team in Amadora. This position offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into finance, controlling, and business administration within a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and controlling of profit centers and assigned projects.
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Help with asset management tasks, including customer, supplier, and inventory reporting.
• Prepare and monitor business KPIs to aid decision‑making.
• Contribute to financial proposals, cost calculations, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical thinking with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally.
