Finance Controller – Regional HUB

About the role

Join the Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB at Siemens Healthineers as a Finance Controller. You will support the financial performance of multiple functions across European entities, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of functions (HR, Legal, IT, etc.) and provide KPI analysis.
• Prepare, comment on, and deliver performance reports for local management and headquarters.
• Conduct forecasting, budgeting, deviation analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Manage contracts and guide allocation of function costs.
• Collaborate regularly with country teams and headquarters to ensure transparency, accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Provide technical support for business planning processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
