Finance Controller

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Controller to provide group‑level financial oversight for Triveris Group’s three companies – Damia, We Are META and Landing.Jobs. Working remotely, you will partner with the Head of Finance & Legal to shape reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow processes while leveraging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reporting (P&L) by business unit.
• Support the monthly and annual close, collaborating with accounting and the certified accountant.
• Analyse budget‑to‑actual variances, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Use AI tools for data analysis, variance detection and reporting preparation, with critical validation.
• Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities in close, reporting and control workflows.
• Monitor and control group cash flow, including treasury forecasting.
• Control and process payments to suppliers and other entities.
• Prepare information for stakeholder and shareholder reporting.
• Assist financial planning, budget preparation and tax compliance with external partners.
• Contribute to improvement projects on financial processes and systems.

Required profile

• Enjoy understanding the “why” behind numbers, not just the amount.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and building processes.
• Experienced with AI in finance and able to discern accurate outputs.
• Prefer autonomy and ownership over constant supervision.
• View Excel as a decision‑making tool.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4‑8 years of experience in controlling, reporting or budgeting.
