Finance Controller – Cable Plant

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Finance Controller for its cable plant to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management in a fast‑growing automotive technology environment. The role will ensure financial discipline while enabling the team to deliver innovative safety and electrification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the annual budget, monitor budgetary control, and manage subsequent processes.
• Develop and update forecasts and re‑forecasts as business conditions evolve.
• Calculate and analyse central and functional costs, providing insight for decision‑making.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and prepare management support reports.
• Validate major cost‑impact changes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Generate internal reports for the Management Control area.
• Coordinate the creation of new financial standards and ensure compliance with area objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Finance or Accounting.
• Experience as a Plant Controller (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent planning, organization and management capabilities.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
