Finance & Accounting Specialist

About the role

As a Finance & Accounting Specialist you will manage the full finance cycle across Conetic Group, leading day‑to‑day financial operations with strong attention to detail and ownership. The role blends accounting, treasury and reporting functions, supporting operational execution and providing financial insights for business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities such as general ledger entries, journal postings, bank reconciliations and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards and local regulations.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries and preparation of financial reports.
• Support accounts payable and receivable, handling vendor payments, client invoicing, monitoring balances and resolving discrepancies.
• Help prepare financial statements and internal management reports, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with external CPAs and auditors, providing required documentation and supporting statutory and audit requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes, internal controls and cross‑functional finance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of professional finance experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Well‑developed organizational and time‑management skills with effective prioritisation.
