F&B Reservations Specialist

About the role

The F&B Reservations Specialist will manage the full reservations process for all restaurant and bar outlets, ensuring a smooth booking experience for guests while driving revenue through strategic upselling. This position works closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to optimise inventory, support group bookings and enhance the overall brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant and bar reservations using the reservations system, ensuring accuracy and optimal table allocation.
• Promote premium seating, special events and exclusive dining experiences to maximise upselling opportunities.
• Monitor and optimise outlet capacity and inventory, balancing guest satisfaction with revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align reservation strategies with promotional campaigns and brand positioning.
• Handle group and event bookings, including financial follow‑up and debt management.
• Analyse reservation trends and produce reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Maintain strong guest communication, providing personalised service and timely responses.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to anticipate demand and adjust reservation policies.
• Support guest loyalty initiatives through reservation interactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance booking efficiency.

Required profile

• Specialised or university degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a reservations or similar hospitality role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.

Required skills
